Kebda w Bas !
"Kebda w Bas!" is a project that was done for a publication course in the American University in Cairo under the theme of a fanzine about Cairo. The title of the project signifies it is about "cooked liver" only which is a popular sandwich found in the Egyptian Streets. The project is mainly to document, rate and compare the different outlets that are found in the streets for cooked liver sandwiches. Each Restaurant has its own envelope with its information like about its location, a poster with the image of the dish and a review card with a description of the experience of the place, rating the quality and the taste of it. The project is subjective because its based on my personal taste.
